Scheduling/Cancellation Policies

All changes must be submitted by email to Schedule@playdatesforpets.com. We cannot guarantee coverage for scheduling requests made later than 5pm the day before service.  Cancellations made after 8pm the day prior to your visit will result in a $10 surcharge. Cancellations for boarding and petsitting must be made 7 days prior to first date of service.  Any overnight cancellations made within the 7 days of of the scheduled start date will be subject to 50% fee of the scheduled visits. 50% deposit is required for any sleepover/boarding prior to the first day. Additional fees will apply for major holidays; there is a $5 surcharge for visits and $10 surcharge for sleepovers/boarding.  Holidays this applies to: New Years Eve, New Years Day, Easter Sunday, First night of Passover, Mothers Day, Fathers Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Yom Kippur, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day.

Payments

We accept cash, check, Paypal, Bill Pay, Visa, Master Card, and Discover Card. Westchester County sales tax rates apply.  We expect full payment when your bill is received.  Please email Billing@playdatesforpets.com for any billing related inquires.
